Commercial Photography Studio Rental
The studio kitchen features a 48” range, Aga refrigerator, commercial dishwasher, serviceware for 16 (large plates, small plates, silverware, red/white wine glasses, water glasses, cloth napkins). The kitchen is fully outfitted with cookware, measuring cups/spoons, basic cooking utensils, prep bowls, baking sheets, cooling racks, food props.
Photography equipment: 2 C-Stands, sandbags, clamps
Half-Day (only offered M-Th 9am-1pm)

Full-Day Rentals (Everyday, 8am-5pm)

***Rental time needs to included setup, tear down, and clean-up. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time and no later, please consider this when booking your rental.***
Cleaning Policy
The studio must be left in a clean state (immediately ready for the next instructor). This means, tables cleared and wiped down, floors swept, large spills mopped, counters wiped without streaks or water marks, appliances and cabinet fronts wiped down, and ALL dishes washed and put away. If the Cleaning Checklist is not completed by the scheduled end time, a fee of $150 will be charged.
Damage
Renters are responsible for all damage occurred on-site.
Booking
Full payment at the time of booking confirms your date(s). East Austin Culinary Studio understands you are coordinating schedules with clients. You may hold a date tentative, if another client reaches out for the same date, EACS will email you to give you 24-hours to confirm booking or the date will be released to the next client.

Refunds/Rescheduling
Refunds will not be given within 72-hours of rental start time. However, EACS understands that sometimes emergencies happen so if you need to re-book the session, we will do a one time reschedule with no cost.
Production/Licensing Fees
Depending on the scope and reach of the project, additional production and licensing fees may apply.
Parking
Currently the street parking is free in front of the studio. There is also a parking lot located behind the studio if you enter the alley between Robert Browning/Philomena and Page/Ruiz. The signs let you know that the parking spots are for shop home customers and that is where clients can park.
